A mining site with some history from the past. Some local who lives nearby used to worked in the mine before. had chance to speak to one of them, saying his work place now need to pay for entrance...

This is a must visit while visiting Sg Lembing, however my recent visit in March 2022 it was closed for visitors by Majlis Bandaran Kuantan for repair & maintenance to ensure its safety & security...

Visited in March 2016. Very interesting place with tons of history. Well-maintained and clean. Staff were friendly and approachable.

This place is closed without notice. We arrived Sunday 130pm, and it was closed. According to the posted time, closing time was 530pm. Moved on to the nearby museum sg lembing, and counter staff told me the mine was closed for maintenance and would only open in 2023. Exact date unknown.
